(It’s a small one-tile space where units can heal and have a greater chance of avoiding enemy attacks). Lara: “My name is Lara… I work as a songstress in this town…”Īzura has to take Lara’s place in a performance, so it’s a good thing they already look fairly alike. With Kaden is a songstress named Lara, the only songstress we ever see other than Azura! And since we do something nice for his friend, Lara, he decides to show his appreciation by joining Kamui’s group! Whenever anyone does something nice for him, then he returns the favour. And that’s how he attacks! And, well, he’s obsessed with beauty and returning favours, which is why he’s out here in the first place. As long as he has a Beast Stone in his possession, he is capable of transforming into a fox. Kamui knows nothing about them, so this gives Kaden a chance to explain about himself. Kaden: “That’s so mean…! Don’t you know about the world’s most beautiful species, the Kitsune?” Kamui: “Whaaa!? The human with fox ears growing out of his head, is TALKING!?” I love Kamui’s reaction at seeing him for the first time: He’s like a Laguz or Taguel in that he can transform into a beast. In the chapter’s opening scene, we meet Kaden ( Nishiki in Japanese), who is a Kitsune, or fox. Subaki is my strongest flier, so he got used a lot, too. I gave Hana an Armour Slayer sword, so she was able to have a lot of fun with that, hehe. I was unprepared for all the armoured units and didn’t know the best way to get to the Dragon Vein space–Hinoka can easily get there in two turns, but at first I thought only Kamui could use the Dragon Vein spaces, for some reason… Once I realised how easy the chapter is after freezing the water, I always go for that first, while moving Kamui upwards the whole time so that she can escape after I’ve gotten the treasure chest. I admit, I had a lot of trouble with this chapter the first time I did it. If you didn’t already know where the escape point was, Azura points it out in turn 5.Īzura: “Let’s escape from there. But if you WANT to deal with them, then go ahead. Once the water’s frozen, just sent Kamui up so that she can escape. You don’t have to deal with them, though. Xander: “You traitor… You dare to resist our king, the man you once called Father?” In turn 3, reinforcements come in from the left: Xander, Lazlow and Peri! Xander’s none too happy to see the traitor again. I had Hinoka team up with Kaze so that one could get the Dragon Vein space and the other the treasure chest. This is the location of that treasure chest/Dragon Vein space, by the way: Ice explosion! Whoah, did it get cold in here or what…? However, two spaces to the right of the treasure chest, there is a Dragon Vein space that will freeze the water. The white area is water, and can’t be traversed at first. She can’t get there until we freeze the water, though. The escape space is up at the top, in the stage (I guess we run backstage?), so I began to send Kamui that way right away. They use what look like holographic animals to attack. Their prayer sticks/scrolls/whatever those will be called in English are the Hoshidan equivalent of tomes. And there are a lot of both of those classes on this map! Diviners are useful against them, too. You’ll want to use an Armour Slayer sword (if you have one) and the Needle Shuriken that came with Kagero, as they’re both good against armored units and Great Knights. #Fire emblem fates lazlow full#The map itself and the scenery around it are utterly gorgeous! The map itself is a little hard to navigate, since it’s full of narrow passageways–at least at first. This map is also in the Conquest route, though with a different objective and enemies. Fighting him is optional, but… …Yeah, you don’t want to fight this guy. And BEWARE OF SPOILERS.īoss: Garon, a lv. This is from the Japanese version of the game.
